Here at El Portal, we make every effort to ensure an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. We ask that you please respect the following guidelines that will help us to maintain our high standards ofĀ service.
- For All reservations, please notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to yourĀ booking.
- Ensure that your entire party arrives by the time of your reservation. For parties of 6 or larger, we will wait to seat you until your entire party hasĀ arrived.
- Please observe our time limit (90-minutes per seating) so that we can best manage reservations and accommodate all guests wishing to dine withĀ us.
