Host your next private event in the Maya Room!

We are delighted to offer our banquet facilities in El Portal's Maya Room for your next private event

Located separately from the main inside seating area of the restaurant, the Maya Room is a fantastic private event option. Its maximum seating is 70 people, with a minimum of 50 guests to reserve the entire room. It can also include the adjacent outside rotunda at no extra charge to set up a bar and appetizers for your reception prior to your event. 

There is a $100.00 fee to rent the Maya Room. We require a deposit of $100.00 in advance to reserve the room. That amount will be credited against the charges at the time of the event but is not refundable in case of a cancelation.

For groups of 25 or fewer we can print a special menu that usually includes three entrée choices along with a salad and a beverage consisting of a soft drink, tea, or coffee. Dessert can be offered, and we only charge for the number of desserts ordered at $ 5.00 per order. For parties of 25 or more guests, we require buffet service.
