Tuesday - Friday Pan seared filet of Sole served with lentils, grilled vegetables, red cabbage and pesto.
Tuesday - Friday Sautéed baby shrimp, vegetables and corn, and jack cheese all filled into a roasted pasilla chile. Served with rice and beans.
Friday - Sunday Filet of fresh Barramundi passed in marinade of olive oil, basil and lime then lightly sautéed. Served over pasta with chipotle and corn relish.
Tuesday - Friday Pork spareribs in a marinade of chipotle chile sauce and finished in the oven. Served with epazote corn and frijoles de la olla.
Friday - Sunday Tender steak marinated with tropical fruit juices, and then grilled. Large shrimp, smoked sausage and a touch of chorizo. Served with a side of rice and beans.
